Offer description

We are looking for an efficient and organised individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to enquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

In addition to administrative tasks, you will also assist with site visits, prepare drawings for quotes, and coordinate job ins. Your strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs will be essential in performing these duties.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity, offering 20 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. You will enjoy flexitime and on-site parking as benefits.

Responsibilities:

* Answering calls and responding to enquiries
* Coordinating site visits and preparing drawings for quotes
* Issuing fee quotes and booking job ins
* Processing invoices and scanning calculations
* Sending documents to clients and completing planning applications
