Our main office is based in Lincoln however we provide support to the whole of Lincolnshire.

Do you feel passionate about 'Ending Domestic Abuse Now' in Lincolnshire?
We are looking for someone who is dynamic and self-motivated to join our dedicated team here at EDAN Lincs, to support individuals/families who have been affected by domestic abuse.
The ideal applicant will be required to work with individuals with additional complex needs who have experienced domestic abuse in their lives, To create personalised support plans to help them move forward with an independent life that is safe and free from domestic abuse while reflecting the values of EDAN Lincs.
The successful applicant will be a reliable individual who has proven experience of emotional and practical support, including being proficient in working holistically to deliver risk assessment, safety planning, confidence and self-esteem while working in a high paced and often challenging, but highly rewarding, workplace.
The successful applicant will work closely with partner agencies to support vulnerable individuals with complex needs, ensuring they receive wrap around support to meet their needs, whilst supporting them around the abuse they have experienced.
Relevant experience or knowledge of the causes and effects of domestic abuse on adults, children and young people is desirable.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience is required.
