Competitive pay

We recognise the importance of rewarding your input and ensuring your salary contributes to a sense of financial wellbeing. The salary for this role is £24,000‑£27,000 (DOE). We know our team works best when their working life complements the rest of their life. Our contracted hours are Monday‑Friday 9‑5 for full‑time employees, however we trust our colleagues to manage their working hours so that they and the business can flourish.

Flexible working locations

The contracted place of work is our office space, but all we ask is that you commit to at least one day a week in the office with your colleagues. On a day‑to‑day basis, most Share colleagues can work from anywhere with a reliable wi‑fi connection, and we have a wonderful modern office space which colleagues are encouraged to use as often as they like.

Holidays

Share offer all colleagues 25 days annual leave and 13 days public holidays – we close the office for 10‑14 days at Christmas so that everyone can start the New Year rested and recharged.

Family leave

Share colleagues can expect to join our enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave entitlement. We recognise that caring obligations can come in all shapes and sizes and will consider sympathetically any requests to assist in your caring obligations.

Health Cash Plan

Share colleagues have the option to enrol in a health cash plan (HCP) which provides financial assistance for dental, optical and medical costs, access to counselling and 24 hour GP access. Children under 18 of Share colleagues are also covered!

Discounts

Our colleagues enrolled in the HCP also have access to a discounts platform covering all kinds of purchases, from home appliances, to holidays, days out, gym membership and more.

Pension plans

Share colleagues will be enrolled in our defined contributions pension scheme, with built‑in life insurance cover.

Continued supported learning

As a learning and development organisation, we know that the benefits of continuous professional development cannot be underestimated. All staff are encouraged to seek out training and development opportunities suitable for their role and future ambitions.

Progression

We may be a small team but we have mighty ambitions. We see everyone in the team as key to this, we will encourage everyone to be a leader in their role and will ensure there are plans in place for your continued development in the workplace. We know that our colleagues must have a good sense of overall wellbeing in order to give their best. We have a wellbeing framework in place, and you will be asked about your wellbeing regularly.

Social Capital

We know how important it is for our team to build social capital and a sense of belonging, we have two funded team events each year to build on those relationships, and an in‑house social committee that arrange events throughout the year that everyone can participate in.

Equalities

We are an equal opportunities employer that values diversity in the workplace. All suitably qualified candidates will be invited to interview. If you require any reasonable adjustments to be made in the course of this recruitment process, just let us know.
