As Deputy Manager, you will:
* Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high‑performing team within a luxury retail environment.
* Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service, clienteling, and commercial focus.
* Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer experience.
* Coach and develop team members, creating a positive and results‑driven culture.
* Take ownership of day‑to‑day operations and act as Store Manager in their absence.
You'll bring:
* Previous management experience within luxury, premium, or fashion retail.
* A proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership and people development skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and a hands‑on approach to leadership.
