Vision For Education are working with a number of secondary schools across the Dursley area and are seeking confident, adaptable individuals to support students in the classroom. Opportunities are available on a day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and potentially permanent basis, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson materials, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning. You'll play an important role in supporting schools while helping students achieve their full potential. This role would suit experienced Cover Supervisors, Supply Teachers, unqualified teachers, graduates with classroom experience, or individuals who have previously worked in educational settings and are confident leading groups of young people.
