Temporary Case Administrator
Location: Remote (IT and phone equipment provided)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join a fast-paced team dedicated to managing damp, mould, and disrepair cases. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on residents’ living conditions while working in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Case Management: Open and manage cases following reports of damp and mould issues.
2. Repair Coordination: Raise and track repair orders, ensuring timelypletion.
3. Customer Engagement:municate effectively with residents to provide updates and support.
4. Contractor Liaison: Work closely with contractors to schedule and monitor repairs.
5. Problem-Solving: Handle queries and resolve issues promptly in a high-pressure environment.
What We’re Looking For
6. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
7. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
9. Previous experience in housing, repair coordination, or customer service is desirable.
10. Fully remote working with IT and phone provided.
