Description
The Team Leader will ensure that the Digital Post Team, as well as contributing to the Business Support Division, delivers an efficient, cost-effective service to the entire business. They will lead the Central Digital Post Team using innovative technology to process all incoming documents and ensure that outgoing mail is handled efficiently and in line with GDPR regulations. They will work to ensure the Division is compliant with internal processes, operates within the agreed KPIs, and provides excellent service while fostering positive engagement and consistently demonstrating Keoghs’ Core Values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with GDPR, SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors, REL's and RFLs, ISO/Firm-wide policies and procedures.
2. Achieve team objectives and ensure resources are sufficient to meet KPIs within budget.
3. Assess team workload regularly and implement action plans to meet SLAs.
4. Assist the Business Support Manager in achieving department absence and attrition targets.
5. Support HR strategic planning, including employee engagement scores.
6. Use social budgets and other means to boost morale and motivation.
7. Prepare and deliver training to new and existing team members.
8. Support team tasks to maintain SLA compliance.
9. Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
10. Utilize IRF/Breach processes to address areas for improvement.
11. Mentor team members through Personal Development Plans and support career progression.
12. Conduct effective 1-2-1s using career pathways documents.
13. Gather and report management information monthly.
14. Ensure work quality and seek customer feedback to validate standards.
15. Handle queries professionally and promptly.
16. Ensure team adherence to policies and procedures.
Working Hours
This role is 35 hours per week, within core office hours, providing cover between 08:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, with shifts of 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 as required.
