We are now seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team.
The Role and Responsibilities
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be integral to maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts payable processes. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, your core skills in accounting software and data entry will ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Key responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger
* Input of purchase Invoices/credits.
* Statement reconciliation.
* Notifying suppliers and resolving queries.
* Answering the phones
* Updating the database
* Experience of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
* Good organisational skills
* Administration tasks and communication with internal departments
