Position: Regional Manager – Water & Pump solutions – North England & Scotland

The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced, commercially driven professional to represent a trusted and well-established brand.

You will play a key role in developing and expanding business across your region, working closely with key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and grow sales within your territory
* Build strong relationships with:
* Borehole drillers
* Regional installers
* Water companies / authorities
* Distributors & OEMs
* Promote a portfolio of pump and control solutions
* Provide technical support and product guidance to customers
* Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility
Experience Required:
We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:
* Borehole pumps
* Waste water pumps
* Surface multistage pumps
* Control panels
* Variable Speed Drives
* Boresaver systems / downwell cameras
* Plastic pipework / fittings
About You:
* Commercially astute with strong technical understanding
* Proven experience in field sales or business development
* Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Full UK driving licence
