A varied Sales Administrator position has arisen, working on a full-time basis for a manufacturing company based in Redditch. Joining a small team, you will be managing the sales order process as well as providing administrative support to the Managing Director.
As the Sales Administrator you will be –
* Query handling both calls and emails
* Creating and sending quotes & proposals
* Processing and managing sales orders
* Adding and updating information to the CRM systems
* Handling incoming calls and developing strong working relationships with customers
* Providing administrative support to Managing Director
* Adhoc diary management and administrative tasks
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following experience and skills -
* Processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering company
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
* Any prior experience using Salesforce or InDesign is beneficial
* Good customer service with a strong telephone manner
On offer for this Sales Administrator role –
* Monday – Friday office hours of 9am – 5pm
* Free parking available on-site
* Offering a starting salary of £28-30,000p/a
This will be an office-based Sales Administrator role where you will be required to be on-site at their offices, which are based in Redditch Monday - Friday.
