Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage campaign budgets by obtaining quotations for marketing materials, ensuring spend stays within allocated limits, and securing required approvals.
* Analyse digital performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to support reporting and continuous campaign improvement.
* Create and publish digital content across Meta Business Suite and similar CMS platforms, including text, images, and video.
* Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support both online and offline campaigns.
* Support multi‑channel marketing activity, including physical POS materials for hospitality venues and digital content for websites, e‑commerce, and the company app.
* Use a variety of online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (and potentially TikTok) to execute and track campaign activity.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including site managers, area managers, and suppliers, to coordinate marketing requirements and approvals.
* Contribute to business growth by enhancing brand presence, online visibility, and measurable ROI from marketing initiatives.
Training & Support
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for creating engaging marketing visuals.
* Good written and verbal communication skills to support content creation and stakeholder interaction.
* A creative mindset with an eye for design, branding, and storytelling across digital channels.
* Ability to analyse data and interpret insights to improve marketing performance.
* Good organisational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
* Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
* A collaborative team player who can build positive working relationships across departments.
* Grade 5 in GCSE Mathematics & Grade 4 in GCSE English. You must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

* £15,000 – £17,000 per annum.
