Your Role • 1 day per week dedicated to urgent care • Upto 4 days per week delivering UDA activity • Optional Educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists • Helping to shape clinical pathways, patient experience, and practice culture Associate Roles: • Earning potential in excess of £120,000 (OTE) NHS: Enhanced UDA rate from £16 per hour (to allow for clinical lead duties) • NHS: Urgent Care Day Rate from £500 per day, with a Clinical Lead Supplement. • NHS: Educational supervisor supplement, following addition of an FD to the practice. • Private: 50% income split • Labs: 50% split for any lab bills • UDAs: delivery of 5,073 UDAs • Urgent Care: 7 patients per session (14 per day) • Balanced clinical mix: NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation – with options for private upgrades dependent on patient requirements • Flexible working hours • Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support • Golden Hello * What Makes Us Unique?
