PLEASE NOTE: To be considered for this role, you must be committed to move to Stirlingshire Location: Stirlingshire (Please apply if you are local or willing to relocate) Salary: £28,080 per annum (£13.50ph, paid weekly) Overtime: Paid at 1.5x About the Role: As a Production Operative, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to producing high-quality soft seating and office screens. Key Responsibilities Working within a factory team in the production of office furniture and screens. Assembling, quality checking of finished products, packing items for delivery, working with a variety of materials. Following clear guidelines and instructions, achieving production targets. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and adapt quickly to day-to-day requirements. On the job training provided. Must be good with your hands since there is manual work involved in the preparation and finishing of office screens and furniture. Tasks will include preparing and finishing of products. Upholstery experience preferred. Assisting in various roles within the factory and working alongside trained staff. Must be physically fit as the role involves lifting furniture/screens. Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred. Experience of operating and using power tools is essential (staple gun in a must) Loading and delivering office furniture from our base in Dunblane to various locations in Scotland, Northern England and Belfast. Overtime hours will be expected due to the nature of area covered.
