MIS Officer Term time 39 weeks (including inset days) with one week in the summer break. Total 40 weeks. Working 5 day/ 35 hour weeks.

Nash College are seeking an exceptional person to take on the role of MIS Officer. You will be a crucial link to data and information for all the various teams at the college. A flexible approach is needed for this interesting, often diverse set of tasks.
Your duties will include: Collection, input and analysis of data. Generating reports as needed. Support with training of other admin staff. Ensure accuracy of records for the college as held on all the college MIS systems. This includes the validation and correction of the ILR (Independent learning records, submitted to the Government)
Oversee the student database, including rollovers, creating new academic years, leavers, destinations and registers.
Support the transition/admin team with day-to-day tasks especially at times of reviews and consultations.
Applicants should have a sound level of general education to at least NVQ level 3 or its equivalent. A good eye for detail, a methodical approach, excellent IT and literacy skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
