Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is a part time role for a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the administrative tasks that keep our dental practice running smoothly. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Duties
* Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
* Schedule appointments and manage the practice's calendar efficiently.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism.
* Assist dental staff with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients.
Qualifications
* Previous dental receptionist experience is preferred.
* Administrative experience with strong organisational skills is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and dental software, Exact SOE is an advantage.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
