KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The job holder will support the achievement of the Company’s business objectives through the delivery of their key accountabilities as follows:
1. Responsible for signing new contracts and partnerships for the Hosiery & Bandage ranges
2. Develop plans and specific strategies to deliver growth, aligning those plans with manufacturing capacity, and communicating across all the relevant departments & stakeholders, providing impact analyses and risk management strategies and regular horizon scanning.
3. Closely manage and measure performance of all new contracts signed to ensure they are delivering vs. planned objectives: analysing sales data to identify opportunity and risk, assessing quarterly sales trends, and addressing any weaknesses
4. Working with Finance to make pricing recommendations to maximise return from all new deals and maintain good profit margins
5. Identify unmet customer needs and drive new product development to fulfil them.
6. Review all current opportunities, drive those projects through to completion if deemed suitable, delivering robust implementation plans and sustainable business development pathways
7. Create new plans, identifying creative potential opportunities and working as a project manager to drive them through to execution

Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience of Business Development – identifying new customers, signing new contracts and deals to deliver growth
Experience in B2B and omni-channel sales environments
Experience in project management with proven ability to work with different departments & stakeholders in order to drive deals through to completion
An ambitious mindset, someone who aims to exceed targets and deliver results ahead of schedule
Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment, with a high level of autonomy
Willing to travel regularly around UK & Ireland (+ possible International travel)
