Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Category Manager Thermostatic Control to join our team. This role is open to candidates across Europe and can be based in any country where we have a legal entity As a Product Category Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for the Thermostatic Control Category, within the overall Portfolio strategy. This includes managing the entire product lifecycle, driving innovation based on market and customer insights, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. The Product Category Manager works cross-functionally to optimize portfolio performance, margin, and market share.
