Maths Intervention Graduate
Full-time, starting ASAP, on a temp-perm basisA Good rated school in North Manchester is seeking a recent maths graduate, to provide full-time maths intervention for learners who are struggling to reach their potential in maths. This role would be ideal for someone considering teacher training or a recent maths graduate.
You will provide small group and 1:1 intervention and mentoring outside the classroom. This is a full-time role and will become a permanent role for the right candidate. Standards are high and the young people in the school are supported from day one with a uniform approach by teachers and support staff, and a calm, positive environment is noticed from the moment you enter the school. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS A-Level maths or equivalent, or higher.
Previous experience working in a UK school is desirable, but not essential.
Experience working with young people in either a voluntary or professional capacity desirable.
