What You Will Do
* Maintain, update, and enhance the company's internal Information Management System (IMS).
* Provide first-line support for the on-site MRP system (Sage 200), ensuring smooth operations.
* Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the SQL-based data warehouse to support data-driven decision-making.
* Deliver hands-on IT support to end users across the site, working collaboratively with the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP).
* Help oversee on-site servers, networking equipment, and backup systems to ensure infrastructure reliability.
* Create and maintain IT support documentation and standard operating procedures for streamlined processes.
What You Will Bring
* Proficiency in C# and SQL, with a solid understanding of ASP.NET application environments.
* A proven track record in troubleshooting, with experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills.
