Gaeltots is a fast-growing children's sports programme for ages 18 months–4.5 years. Through fun, play-based sessions, we help little ones build balance, coordination, and confidence while enjoying their first steps into sport.
With demand increasing quickly, we are looking for an organised and motivated Operations Manager to help us grow and make sure everything runs smoothly across our locations.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the programme. You'll coordinate venues, manage and support coaches, oversee equipment, and make sure families have the best possible experience.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping everything on track.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage venue bookings and contracts.
* Recruit, train, and support our network of coaches.
* Oversee scheduling and smooth delivery of sessions across all sites.
* Handle equipment orders and distribution.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, insurance, and health & safety.
* Be the main point of contact for coaches and parents.
* Monitor costs and provide regular reports.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in operations, project management, or programme delivery.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
* A practical problem solver with initiative and attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Experience in sport, childcare, or education.
* Understanding of safeguarding and compliance.
* Experience managing staff or volunteers.
