We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented Mortgage Case Handler to become a key player in our client servicing team. If you love building relationships and have a passion for financial services, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Client Engagement
* Proactively call existing clients to review their ongoing financial needs.
* Conduct regular check-ins to discuss life changes such as home moves, property extensions, or family circumstances.
* Provide a warm and knowledgeable first point of contact for all client interactions.
* Protection & Mortgage Review Support
* Identify opportunities to review and update clients' protection policies including:
* Life insurance
* Critical illness cover
* Income protection
* Buildings and contents insurance
* Ensure clients are contacted ahead of their remortgage dates for timely support and planning.
* Appointment Management
* Efficiently schedule meetings with our Mortgage and Insurance Advisers, ensuring prompt follow-up and minimal delays.
* Work closely with advisers to prepare client documents and relevant information ahead of appointments.
* Team Collaboration
* Be an integral part of a supportive, high-energy team that puts clients first.
* Collaborate daily with advisers and administrative teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong communicator who thrives on client interaction.
* Team player with a proactive and positive approach.
* Organised and detail-oriented, especially when handling client documents and bookings.
* Ideally has experience in financial services, mortgages, or insurance.
* Confident with phone-based client work and CRM systems.
