We are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant – Tuition Fees within the University’s Income and Credit Control team based in the Finance Division.
The main duties of the post include collection of tuition fees due to the University along with allocation of income in an accurate and timely manner. You will also provide cover for some Fee billing processes. You will be expected to deal with students, staff and many other University customers, both professionally and confidentially in line with service standards
We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, a courteous and professional manner together with an enthusiasm for working in a busy, but friendly team environment. Previous credit control experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work to a high degree of accuracy. You should have experience of team working in a customer-focused role. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems is essential.
