Founded in 2005 by senior figures from a major global investment bank, the firm has grown into a diverse team of nearly 80 professionals and manages more than $20bn in assets across public and private markets. Role Responsibilities The role centres on raising capital from Italian institutional investors and driving business development for both public and private market strategies. Core responsibilities include: Growing and deepening relationships with Italian institutional allocators, including pension funds, insurers, foundations, and family offices. Positioning the firm's investment strategies effectively and adapting messaging to specific investor requirements. Leading the full fundraising cycle - from first contact through to commitment. Working collaboratively with product, investment, and marketing teams to develop compelling materials and deliver a seamless fundraising process. Acting as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, providing views on markets, investment themes, and bespoke portfolio solutions. Ideal Candidate Demonstrated success in institutional fundraising or investor relations within asset management, private markets, or alternative investments. A strong network across the Italian institutional ecosystem, with a solid grasp of local investor behaviours and allocation trends. Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Location London (preferred) or Italy - flexibility available for the right candidate.
