In this role, you'll work closely with senior staff and other team members, supporting a broad range of responsibilities including bookkeeping, VAT, and management accounts You'll also serve as a key point of contact for clients and have the opportunity to grow under the mentorship of a highly experienced leadership team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships Perform regular bookkeeping and review client records Prepare and submit VAT returns Produce management accounts and provide related support Offer basic tax advice and assistance when needed Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients What We're Looking For AAT qualified or studying (or ACCA part-qualified) Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role Excellent organisational and time-management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience using a range of accounting software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks Salary & Benefits Competitive salary up to £35,000, depending on experience and qualifications Hybrid working options available Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, team-oriented working environment
