Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Southend-On-Sea for a Sales Negotiator. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for guiding clients through property sales processes, managing negotiations, and ensuring seamless transactions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, marketing properties to attract buyers, and providing expert advice to clients to meet their desired goals. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Estate Agents, Sales, and Lettings
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to negotiate effectively and handle client relations with professionalism
* Proven track record in sales performance or property management is preferred
* Familiarity with the South East Essex area is a plus
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
