This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with strong experience in production management, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, lean manufacturing, health & safety, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise day-to-day production, warehouse, and distribution operations
2. Maintain and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
3. Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing principles and KPI monitoring
4. Manage factory operatives and delivery drivers, ensuring performance, attendance, and conduct meet company standards
5. Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are consistently achieved
6. Allocate labour and driver resources effectively across operations
7. Monitor production schedules and ensure workflow targets are achieved throughout the day
8. Minimise machinery downtime by identifying and resolving operational issues quickly
