What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead & Transform
* Manage and mentor a team of six project managers, developing capability across business, technical, and product delivery projects.
* Guide the transition from traditional business‑focused delivery to a product‑ and technology‑aligned model.
* Introduce structured yet adaptable methodologies that blend waterfall and agile practices.
* Act as the key bridge between senior leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders.
* Unite teams with diverse experience levels and backgrounds, fostering collaboration and shared purpose.
* Facilitate on‑site workshops and team sessions at the Marlow office while promoting flexible hybrid working.
* Drive Results & Culture
* Lead the delivery of 50–60 concurrent projects and 6 large‑scale programmes.
* Operate seamlessly between strategic oversight and hands‑on delivery when required.
* Embed a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
* Financial Services Expertise: Solid experience in regulated environments, ideally spanning both corporate and mid‑sized organisations.
* Strategic Leader: Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on turning complex objectives into clear outcomes.
* Change Champion: Comfortable in ambiguity; adaptable, resilient, and proactive in evolving legacy processes.
* Process‑Driven: Experienced with formal PM frameworks but pragmatic enough to tailor approaches for real‑world delivery.
