Responsibilities
* Developing BMS software strategies, graphics, and system architecture for new and existing projects
* Supporting commissioning activities remotely, collaborating with onsite engineers
* Troubleshooting and optimising system performance
* Working closely with project managers and fellow engineers to ensure high-quality delivery
* Contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes and templates
Desired Experience
* Strong BMS software engineering skills (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Cylon, Schneider, or similar)
* Experience delivering BMS projects from concept through to handover
* A passion for technical problem-solving and clean, consistent programming
* The ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the wider team
* A proactive mindset with an interest in helping shape a growing department
