Job Title: Operations Administrator
Salary: £24,900 - £28,650
Location: Cambridge, UK – Hybrid. (at least 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Fixed Term/Secondment (12 months)
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the IELTS Operations team at Cambridge English. The team supports the delivery of IELTS tests across all platforms through a wide range of processes and tasks, working collaboratively with both internal colleagues and external partners.

About the role
You will play a key role in the delivery of IELTS tests by managing an agreed set of operational processes and procedures. This involves completing business-critical tasks accurately and within pre-agreed timescales.
Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:
* Using a wide range of systems and processing platforms to carry out assigned tasks and ensure the successful delivery of IELTS tests.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and with key external stakeholders, including service providers, to ensure the successful delivery of all IELTS tests.
* Reviewing and processing customer or partner queries in Zendesk.
* Ensuring that all communications with IELTS internal and external customers are clear, informative, timely, and relevant to the recipients.
* Identifying ways to develop processes that simplify existing procedures, reduce processing time, or improve the level of customer service.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
About You
You will have experience providing high-quality administrative support and using Microsoft Office products effectively. You will be accurate and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure, manage competing tasks, and follow documented processes and procedures across multiple systems.
You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a busy or complex office environment, and experience in office administration or data processing.
