As
Growth Lead
, you'll take the wheel in building the engine that powers their expansion - leading customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies to drive international growth.
What you'll be doing
* Own and deliver the growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and engagement.
* Run data-driven experiments to optimise funnels, cut CAC, and increase LTV.
* Execute and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
* Build a playbook for global expansion, rolling out campaigns that deliver results in multiple markets.
* Collaborate with product, ops, and marketing to create standout user journeys and experiences
What we're looking for
* 3–6 years in growth/performance marketing, ideally with hands-on channel management.
* Proven track record of running paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) at scale.
* Confident with CRM, retention, and funnel optimisation.
* Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments - ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to make an impact.
