ibis Styles Haydock is seeking a dependable, welcoming Guest Service Manager to provide excellent customer service during night shifts. The role is based on 32 hours a week, with shifts typically from 11pm to 7am. Requirements and Responsibilities
* At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing hotel role
* Experience working night shifts is preferred
* Checking guests in and out at Reception, answering queries, and supporting their stay
* Supervising, motivating, and leading colleagues on shift
* Occasional solo work, requiring responsibility, reliability, and confidence
* Proficiency in computer use for running reports
* Performing various tasks such as serving drinks, taking food orders, ensuring hotel security, and maintaining guest satisfaction
Applicants must be 18 or older due to serving alcohol. The role involves a mix of midweek and weekend shifts.
