What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering targeted interventions and differentiated learning to pupils with a range of SEN needs.
* Collaborating closely with SENCOs, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement individualized support strategies.
* Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that nurtures progress and confidence.
* Contributing to children’s holistic development—academic, social, and emotional.
About You
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN settings.
* Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, classroom differentiation, and inclusive practices.
* Calm, patient, and empathetic—able to connect with, motivate, and support diverse learners.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ready to work as part of a school team.
