We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Finance Department.
This role is essential in delivering a high standard of service to our external stakeholders, ensuring that all sales-related administrative and financial processes run smoothly. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with the sales, finance, operations and service teams to maintain operational efficiency and accuracy.
* Supports reception duties. First point of contact for all customers and visitors including meet and greet.
* Manages all Customer telephone correspondence & enquires.
* Process telephone payments
* Accurately input and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring all orders are compliant with company policies and financial controls.
* Support the Field Incident Reporting process
* Co-ordinate transport with hauliers for collection or dispatch. Working closely with warehouse team.
* Generate and issue invoices in line with agreed terms.
* Maintain Equipment and Service records on CRM
* Manage all Shipment documentation and tracking
* Liaise with customers regarding invoicing, payment terms, and account queries.
* Assist with audits and compliance checks related to sales transactions.
* Collaborate with Finance to reconcile sales data and support month-end processes.
* Ad hoc general & finance administration
Skills & Attributes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* ERP systems experience advantageous
* Previous customer service experience essential
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment advantageous
* Logistics and export experience highly advantageous
