An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a well-established social welfare charity. This is a full-time, permanent role within the Marketing team, responsible for delivering high-quality marketing services and supporting fundraising teams to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities of the role:
1. Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation’s annual marketing strategy
2. Work closely with fundraising teams and other departments to deliver impactful marketing campaigns
3. Manage a variety of marketing services, including campaign planning, messaging, and creative development
4. Produce engaging content across digital, print, and advertising channels
5. Maintain and update website content, creating campaign landing pages and optimising user journeys
6. Implement and analyse digital advertising campaigns across social media and search engines
7. Oversee email marketing activities, ensuring effective supporter engagement
8. Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing assets
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
10. Manage marketing budgets and coordinate resources to support campaign delivery
Minimum qualifications:
1. Strong experience in marketing, ideally within a fast-paced or agency-style environment
2. Proven track record of delivering successful digital and offline marketing campaigns
3. Expertise in digital advertising, including paid social and Google Ads
4. Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
5. Familiarity with campaign tracking, analytics, and performance reporting
6. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
7. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Passion for the non-profit sector and commitment to delivering impactful campaigns
Location: Central London
Salary: £43,000-£45,000 plus excellent benefits, including a leading pension contribution
Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week on site)
