We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Plate driver to join our specialist Motorfreight division operating from our Ballynure Head Office, serving the motor industry, including manufacturers, dealer networks, auction houses and end users throughout the UK & Ireland. The Person We're looking for someone eager to build a long-term career in the driving industry, with ambitions to progress through Category C and CE licences. This role is an excellent entry point for anyone ready to take the next step in their driving career. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, confident using smartphones and digital tools, and committed to working reliably and responsibly. A flexible, can-do attitude towards work is essential. The Role and Responsibilities: To ensure all paperwork and electronic documentation is completed accurately, including additional vehicle condition reports, signed by the relevant parties in the appropriate places, and submitted where necessary, this will also include the use and management of a handheld electronic device. You will inspect thoroughly all vehicles for damage, wear and tear, mileage and shortages, and make notations on the relevant paperwork. You will then ensure that damage is countersigned by the contact person at the collection point. You may on occasion be required to prepare demonstration vehicles for delivery to customers. This will include washing the exterior of vehicles, cleaning the interior, and fuelling if required.
