What You’ll Be Doing

Commercial Growth & Execution

13. Execute agreed vendor and business unit growth plans to deliver profitable revenue and market share growth.
14. Drive upsell, cross‑sell, renewal, and reactivation opportunities across the assigned portfolio.

Go‑to‑Market & Planning

15. Execute quarterly vendor go-to-market (GTM) plans, owning agreed actions, pipeline progression, and performance tracking.
16. Take solutions and services to market in line with agreed GTM priorities.
17. Build and shape effective customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of requirements and commercial context.

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Management

18. Enable sales teams and partners to win opportunities and grow share of wallet.
19. Build strong, collaborative working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
20. Maintain solid working knowledge of assigned vendor products, services, and value propositions.
21. Clearly articulate TD SYNNEX’s value proposition in customer and partner conversations.

Operational Discipline

22. Maintain accurate CRM usage to support forecasting and pipeline management.
23. Track performance against plan, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Vendor‑Aligned Focus

24. Act as a key liaison between the vendor, TD SYNNEX, and partners.
25. Deliver enablement activities such as webinars, training sessions, and partner workshops.
26. Track and report against agreed vendor KPIs using approved tools.

What You’ll Bring

27. 2–4 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Product Marketing within the IT channel, vendor, or partner ecosystem.
28. Proven experience supporting and executing vendor‑led or portfolio growth plans.
29. Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
30. Confident and credible communicator with customers, partners, and internal teams, both written and verbal.
31. Highly effective self‑management, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
32. High energy, motivation, and a results‑driven commercial mindset.
