Job Description for Retrofit Coordinator at EQUANS
EQUANS is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Coleshill, Birmingham. This full-time role involves managing retrofit assessments and coordination, including Survey Software Tool Development, Customer Journey, and Trustmark Compliance on survey and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and deliver the PAS process, including assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring as per PAS standards.
2. Oversee the retrofit survey process across the central region (Yorkshire), ensuring quality and compliance.
3. Collaborate with the Sustainability Manager and team to position EQUANS as a leader in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through various funding streams.
4. Provide energy modelling using RdSAP and SAP, and advise on solutions to meet scheme criteria.
5. Achieve specific objectives and targets related to retrofit schemes.
6. Manage the Trustmark PAS lodgement process to facilitate timely funding drawdowns.

Candidate Profile
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA)
* Experience managing housing refurbishment survey processes
* Proven team management skills
* At least 5 years in the construction industry
* Valid UK driving license
