The Role – Quality Administrator
The Quality Administrator will sit within our Quality and Registry team, the university’s administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team also processes all results and grades for students and produces all certificates awarded at graduation.
Reporting to our Quality Team Leader, we are looking for a Quality Administrator to join our highly skilled and supportive Quality Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role provides administrative support for Arden’s quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures, including academic misconduct, student disciplinary, student appeals and exceptional mitigating circumstances.
Requirements
Essential
* Strong administrative and customer service skills
* Experience of working with database systems and Excel reporting spreadsheets or data dashboards
* Strong problem solving skills
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a high-pressured environment
* Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
* Knowledge of quality assurance or registry processes in an educational context
* Experience of working with student record systems or large IT record systems
Desirable
* Further Education/Higher Education environment experience
* Knowledge of QA/registry processes

Salary and Benefits
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Hours per week: 37
Employment type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months

Working arrangements
This role is hybrid with approximately 1 day per month travel to Coventry head office. Arrangements may fluctuate with business needs. A local Arden work location will be added to employment contracts.
