Your new company
A corporate company based in central Bracknell is seeking a capable candidate to work as an Office Co-Ordinator.
Your new role
Administrative Support

* Managing office supplies and inventory
* Organising and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital)
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
* Scheduling meetings and appointments
* Preparing reports, presentations, and documents

Staff Coordination

* Supporting onboarding of new employees
* Maintaining staff records and contact lists
* Coordinating internal communications and announcements


Office Management

* Ensuring the office environment is clean, safe, and well-organised
* Liaising with building management for maintenance or facility issues
* Managing meeting rooms and shared spaces
* Assisting with IT support or coordinating with IT teams
* Managing office software and tools (e.g., calendars, booking systems)

Event Planning

* Organising internal events, meetings, or training sessions
* Coordinating logistics for company functions or team-building activities
