The Duty Security Manager will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service for one of our beautiful corporate destinations in the City of London. The DSM plays an integral role in ensuring that consistently high standards of security, safety and customer care are always delivered to staff, assets and visitors on site.

Job Requirements:
* SIA Door Supervisor & CCTV Licence required
* 2 years Team Leader/Supervisor/Senior Officer experience in the corporate environment, this must be your most recent role.
* Excellent communication both written & verbal
* To provide excellent levels of customer service always
* Experience in managing staff performance - Ability to make informed decisions under pressure
