This role offers a unique opportunity to join the delivery of a contract that is currently in its implementation and development phase. You’ll play a key role in shaping how services are delivered, contributing to the design, refinement, and continuous improvement of systems and processes. As a Local Services Manager, you will be home based, with a requirement of having visibility across the Essex & Hertfordshire area. Leading and inspiring geographically dispersed teams, whilst working as part of a wider Area Management Team, to deliver these fantastic services.

3. System Influence: Build powerful partnerships with commissioners, health and care leaders, and community organisations.
4. Service Excellence: Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all local services.
5. Equity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and ensure services reach underserved communities.
What You Bring
6. Proven leadership in health, social care, or the voluntary sector.
7. Strong understanding of commissioning, governance, and compliance.
8. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
9. A passion for equity, inclusion, and lived experience leadership.
10. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
Your work will primarily be as an operational leader, managing our dementia support services which includes busy group services delivery.
You will have a great opportunity to build relationships and engage external stakeholders, including working closely with Local Authorities and Health colleagues and Commissioners within an Integrated Care System setting.
