This role will be key in supporting the company's I.T. infrastructure, with a focus on Power BI reporting, advanced Excel usage, and IT ticket support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for IT tickets, troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Manage and track all IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making. - Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate data, create reports, and automate tasks. - Assist in the maintenance of IT systems, including network and software updates. - Collaborate with the team to identify areas for IT process improvement. - Help onboard new employees with software installation and initial IT support. - Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses. Qualifications: - Proven experience in an IT support or similar role. - Strong working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel. - Experience managing IT tickets and providing technical support. - Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. - A proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning new tools and technologies. - Experience with Windows operating systems and basic networking is a plus.
