Van Driver – Uxbridge
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Contract: Permanent
Vanta Staffing are recruiting a Van Driver on behalf of a long-established antiques and fine furniture company based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional driver to join a friendly team, working with unique, high-value items in a specialist and respected business.
Duties include:
* Driving a company van to deliver and collect antique furniture and decorative items
* Handling and moving delicate and valuable goods with care
* Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
* Maintaining delivery paperwork and ensuring timely, accurate drops
* Providing excellent customer service when representing the company on-site or with clients
Requirements:
o Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points)
o Previous experience as a van driver essential
o Experience handling fragile or high-value goods desirable
o Reliable, polite, and professional at all times
o Physically fit and able to handle manual work
o Good local knowledge of Uxbridge and surrounding areas
