We are looking to recruit 2 Customer Case Handlers to join our small but expanding Customer Leak Team. Your role will be to provide excellent customer experience by effectively and promptly managing all aspects of our customer leakage process. You will be part of a small, dynamic team helping our customers repair leaks, focusing on their experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage our database accurately, keeping track of all cases, both new and ongoing.
* Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve leaks efficiently.
* Manage enforcement processes related to leak resolution.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across departments and with external customers.
* Prioritize jobs based on volume and urgency.
* Report weekly to the wider team.
* Handle customer complaints and queries.
* Arrange leak allowances for customers with resolved leaks.
Qualifications and Skills
* Ideally, possess extensive knowledge of customer side leakage and waste notice processes.
* Knowledge of Waternet, SAP, Maximo, CSMS, Waterworx, Ellipse, and Microsoft programs is beneficial.
* Excellent customer service skills to guide customers through waste of water notices.
* Highly organized with confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Flexible mindset and problem-solving skills to adapt to different customer needs.
* Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
