The successful candidate must have a full UK driving license, access to their own vehicle, and full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic and operational management of multiple retail stores
* Support website functionality to drive omni-channel growth
* Maximise retail profitability through effective cost control, budget management, and data-driven decision making
* Inspire, develop, and lead Store Managers and teams
* Champion commercial performance, identifying and driving sales opportunities across all retail touchpoints
* Maintain high operational standards and ensure readiness for key trading events and seasonal opportunities
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to align retail goals with broader business objectives
Qualifications & Criteria
* Current / recent experience in a Head of Retail position
* Proven track record of maximising profitability of retail operations
* Good knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
* Strong commercial mind with a passion for customer service
* Hands-on, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
