An experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager is required to lead supply chain activity on complex Agile programmes, working in a collaborative procurement environment across Farnborough or Malvern with flexible hybrid working.
The role
* Lead supply chain activity across allocated programme teams.
* Provide procurement expertise to stakeholders, shaping commercially robust, cost-effective solutions.
* Lead supplier and partner negotiations, including large tech vendors.
* Define, plan and deliver end-to-end procurement strategies that meet customer, technical and schedule requirements.
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring governance and process compliance.
* Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and share best practice.
