We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven General Manager to take the lead in one of our Pret Braintree. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about great food, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As a General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business – driving performance, leading your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in embedding positive change, maintaining exceptional standards, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Leading, inspiring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service every day

Driving sales and maximising store performance

Recruiting, training, and retaining top talent

Ensuring high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety

Creating a positive and inclusive team culture

Managing operational efficiency and implementing business improvements

Previous experience in retail or hospitality management

£36,000–£39,000 per annum
