What you'll do
* Deliver safe and personalised home‑based care as a Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
* Help people across Sevenoaks maintain dignity and independence
* Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
* Peg feeding
* Suctioning
* Days and possible nights
* Prepare healthy meals and ensure good fluid intake
* Follow care plans for medication administration
* Offer conversation, reassurance and company
* Keep the home tidy and comfortable
* Record observations and elevate concerns when needed
* Work in partnership with families and other professionals
* Maintain up‑to‑date live‑in care documentation

What you'll bring
* Minimum 6 months of professional UK Live-in Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience
