Start: ASAP
Location: Mayfair, London

Based in immaculate Mayfair offices within a close-knit 100-person London team (part of a six-office global platform), you’ll be surrounded by excellence — where standards are high, relationships are long-standing, and quality is non-negotiable.
The Role
You will deliver seamless, high-touch support across business and private matters, including:
* Managing complex, multi-time-zone diaries with absolute precision
* Coordinating intricate international travel, including private aviation and yacht logistics
* Overseeing luxury experiences:

* White-glove dining reservations and private members’ clubs
* Five-star hotels, estates and international residences
* Supporting country homes and estates, liaising with staff, agents and household contacts
* Navigating royal household etiquette and ultra-discreet environments with confidence
* Producing board-level presentations, reports and correspondence
* Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and confidante to senior leadership
* Managing expenses and financial records flawlessly (Concur)
* Building trusted relationships with global stakeholders, family offices and private networks
* Providing light-touch out-of-hours and weekend support when required

* 5–10 years’ experience as an EA within Private Equity, Investment Banking or alternative investments
* Proven experience supporting at MD / Partner level
* Comfortable operating across business and private domains with discretion
* Familiar with country clubs, country homes and UHNW expectations
* Calm, solutions-driven and unflappable under pressure
* Exceptionally organised with razor-sharp attention to detail
* Highly proficient across Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Concur
* Confident, articulate and naturally professional — an ambassador at all times

* Contract completion bonus
* Outstanding benefits package including:
* Fully covered private medical, dental, life & disability insurance
* 15% employer pension contribution
* Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home)
* Comprehensive and supportive handover from November
