Science & Maths Graduate Tutor Fellow | Outstanding Secondary School in Hounslow
Are you a Science or Maths graduate looking to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching or education?
An outstanding secondary school in Hounslow is seeking ambitious and academically strong Science & Maths Graduates to join their team as Tutor Fellows from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to make a meaningful impact on students' academic progress whilst developing the skills and experience needed for a future career in teaching.
The Role As a Tutor Fellow, you will play a key role in supporting students across the secondary phase by:
Delivering targeted academic interventions and learning support.
Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
Working alongside teachers to adapt learning for individual students.
Building positive relationships with pupils and contributing to an exceptional learning environment.
Supporting extracurricular activities, enrichment programmes and educational visits.
Working collaboratively with families to help students achieve their full potential.
Developing expertise in assessment, child development and additional educational needs.
Ideal Candidate A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another STEM-related subject.
Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

Salary & Working Hours £132.44 per day (£661.21 per week, inclusive of holiday pay)
Monday to Friday
Term-time only
8:00am 4:30pm
